white blossom wing tip
dancing spray of feathered leaf
blown by a cool wind

illuminated
night waits through a dark window
and sleeps in your leaves

this morning I thought
a hint of early autumn
three leaves turned to brown

fat snowflakes float down
one orange leaf, old and strong
refuses to fall

in the mist
going green
winter sun
spring sun
